Educational Background

Frank J. Cortina is an experienced and knowledgeable attorney who is a Partner at Cortina, Mueller & Frobish, P.C. He graduated with a B.A. in AM Studies from Illinois Wesleyan University, and later with a J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1981. In that same year, he was admitted into the Illinois State Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois.
